About us

AERHE Development Federation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting social development and creating a more aware, empowered, inclusive, and sustainable society. AERHE stands for “Aware Everyone's Right Help Everyone” reflecting our belief that awareness, guidance, and timely support can help individuals and communities build better and more secure lives.

We work across key areas such as education, human rights, legal awareness, women’s safety and empowerment, youth development, skill development, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community development. Through awareness campaigns, educational programs, community initiatives, skill-building activities, and social welfare projects, we strive to reach people at the grassroots level and address challenges that affect their lives.

Our aim is not only to provide support but also to create awareness and empower people to understand their rights, recognize opportunities, make informed decisions, and become self-reliant. We believe that meaningful and lasting development is possible when individuals and communities are given the knowledge, opportunities, and right support to create positive change.
